Starting this year, “I.L. Caragiale” National Theatre and Cinema University (UNATC) in partnership with the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Bucharest, will host an inter-disciplinary programme: MASTER in “PERFORMING ARTS-THERAPY”.

Built on the generous structure of the Morenian classical phychodrama, the master invites to the use, in individual and group therapy, of a large pallet of modalities: eurhythmics, vocal and body individual expression, dramatization of daily facts, design, colour, modelling, masks, marionettes and puppets, improvisation, applied theatre.
Upon applying for entry, the candidates must submit a CV and an presentation essay (maximum 2 pages) arguing their motivation for their training in this field and describing their skills, interests and abilities related to the artistic domain (scenic or plastic) practiced by them until registration.
The exam consists in a practical aptitude test (eliminatory) and an oral test - interview based on the CV and essay, in carrying out a freely chosen activity and in arguing their artistic aptitudes and skills in relation to the personal growth concept.
The eliminatory test involves taking part, as member of a group, to a practical workshop of psychodrama methods. The workshop will imply varied interactions between participants, self-exploration, intra and inter self-knowledge exercises, and stimulating and challenging personal growth activities.
The candidates may apply on 20 September, and the tests will be held on 26 and 27 September.
