Liviu Săndulescu makes his feature film debut with
Cărturan (working title), which tells the story of a man who prepres to die. The crew is shooting in the Davidești village, near Mioveni, Argeș county, and also in Câmpulung Muscel.
Cărturan (the co-screenwriter is Bogdan Toma) is also produced by Anca Puiu for Mandragora and it features
Teodor Corban,
Adrian Titieni,
Iulia Lumânare; they are the actors that the director also worked with for
The Cement Mixer. In supporting roles, you will get to see the actors
Dana Dogaru,
Cristina Flutur and Vlad Popescu, a teenager who plays the part of Cărturan`s grandson.
