The Histories and Film Festival in Rășnov (FFIR) opened the call for entries for the national and international documentary competition. All the films with history topics (including the recent ones) and produced after January 1, 2017 are eligible; the complete regulation is available on the festival website.
The submission deadline is May 15, 2019.
The competition section was started at last year`s edition and gives the following awards: the best documentary award, the audience award and the young jury award.
The French Pierre Henri Deleau, the director of the Festival International du Film d'Histoire Pessac, will preside the professional jury.
