The screenings of the
Open Air Cinema event which takes place from July 26 to August 19 on the Casino Quay and in the Ovidiu Square in Constanța already started. 13 of the most awarded films of all time will be presented on the big screen from Thursday to Sunday, starting with 21:00. the access is free, upon seats availability.

The screening of August 2nd will take place on the Casino Quay, while the films of August 3-5 will be screened in the Ovidiu Square. The program includes the following title:
Sleepy Hollow (directed by Tim Burton – August 2),
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (directed by Martin McDonagh – August 3),
Volver (directed by Pedro Almodovar – August 4) and
Coco (directed by Lee Unkrich, Adrian Molina).
Before the screening of the film
Volver, the viewers will have the chance to watch a dance performance presented by Lucas Molina, the only flamenco dancer and choreographer in Romania. Born in Buenos Aires (Argentina), he studied this dance in his childhood years, alongside Arabian percussion instruments. He arrived in Romania in 2010

and he has been making classical music and dance performances ever since and presented them on many stages in Romania.
On August 5, before the screening of Coco, from 20:00 to 21:00, the young viewers (and not only them…) are welcome to attend the creative recycling workshops prepared especially for them by Kitisimo, a fresh, chic and friendly brand which is destined to mothers and children who are interested in making interesting activities together or who want to be part of group creative and recreational activities. During the workshop that will be located in the Ovidiu Square, the children will learn to build a plane from wooden sticks or a flower made of tissue.
