The 6th edition of the Arkadia ShortFest International Short Film Festival will take place from August 13 to 17, at Unbar, near the Corbu beach (Constanța).
This year`s program includes 6 films in competition, 11 short films in the official selection, but also productions of the festival partners, such as ECU (The European Independent Film Festival) or the la Łódź Film School. During the opening gala, the feature film

Șerban Georgescu will be screened.
The jury of this year`s edition is made of the actress
Iulia Verdeș, the director Șerban Georgescu and the actor
George Piștereanu, who will offer the Arkadia ShortFest Trophy 2019 to the best film in competition.
Besides the films from all over the world, the guests will enjoy many side events, such as the “Disfunctional Objects” exhibition, by Laurian Popa, the Șuie Paparude concert from August 16 and other until dawn parties.
The tickets and passes can be purchased online from Eventbook or at the location. The festival offers a free camping area and the guests can eat delicious meals at Unbar.
The Arkadia ShortFest Festiavl is organized by the Arkadia Cultural Association, in partnership with Unbar. The main sponsor is Afla Rom Trans. The official car of the festival is Honda.
