Documentary film and workshops in Chișinău, between 3 – 9 October


     The Romanian Cultural Institute “Mihai Eminescu” of Chișinău is supporting the initiative by “AZART” Cultural Projects Centre, Chișinău and by the Mutual Association of Cluj to set up the first Edition of Focus Atelier in Chişinău (3-9 October 2016).
     The programme is organised with the support of the National Centre for Education through Art and of the Town Hall of Chişinău Municipality, having as partners the Oberliht Association, the Contemporary Arts Centre KSA:K, One World Romania Festival, Restart Association, Reboot the Roots and the European Cultural Foundation.
     The workshop “Teatru Forum & Teatru Invizibil” (Forum Theatre and Invisible Theatre) (3-7 October) and the debate “Theatre dedicated to community” will be delivered by Lorand Maxim (Romania) and George Wielgus (Great Britain) (7 October, at 19.00). Within the project, two documentary films will be also screened - Școala noastră/Our Schol (directed by Mona Nicoară, Miruna Coca-Cozma) and Blokada (directed by Igor Bezinović).
     Focus Atelier is a platform for the free exchange of ideas, knowledge and practices initiated in 2015 by the Mutual Association of Cluj-Napoca.  During its second edition, held in March, 2016, the platform hosted workshops, theatre performances, documentary film screenings and debates on education and artistic pedagogy.
