On 1 March,
DaKINO International Film Festival will kick off, at 19.30 at Cinema PRO, with the screening of the feature
Manchester by the Sea (directed by Kenneth Lonergan), winner of two Oscars for Best Actor (Casey Affleck) and Best Original Screenplay.
DaKINO 26 will relocate its screenings on Thursday, 2 March, to ARCUB - 84- 90 Lipscani Street, and to Cinema Farmers' Museum – 3 Monetariei Street.
Admission will be free of charge to the following screenings: cartoons with
Mihaela (Sunday, and 12.00, ARCUB), and to the screenings within the
Selector’s Choice section (
Green Vinyl by Kleber Mendonça Filho,
We Together by Henry Kaplan and
Getting Fat in a Healthy Way by Kevork Aslanyan).
The students of film and art schools will be admitted free of charge to all DaKINO screenings.
