In the summer of 2016, docuart.ro online platform is consistently increasing its space dedicated to Romanian and international documentary movement.
Romanian film lovers and filmmakers have now an extended platform where they can find the most complex data on the Romanian documentary film and this genre integration into the current cinema trends. This initiative is part of Docuart.ro continuous efforts to inform, educate and cultivate.
Thanks to the funding granted by the National Cultural Fund Administration (AFCN) for editorial efforts, at the New Media section, Docuart is to put at the disposal of filmmakers, producers, film lovers and all those interested in the Romanian documentary movement interviews, feature reports, analyses, film and book reviews, tops, recommendations and cultural podcasts – an extremely varied contents turning docuart.ro into a vital instrument for promoting Romanian and European cinema. The project received funding for a period of 4 months, 1 August - 30 November, 2016.
On Docuart.ro, there will still be available for viewing local documentaries, old and new productions. The public interested in what is happening in Romania will find materials and films translated into English. A strong point of the platform continues to be represented by the security of video materials uploaded to a server offering complete safety.
