Ducu Berzi Concert in Tulcea, Rescheduled for Sunday

     Because of the weather conditions, the Ducu Berzi concert that was scheduled for Saturday evening from 20:30 on the scene of the Civic Square in Tulcea, as part of the  Romanian Film Caravan was rescheduled for Sunday, the same time at the same place.
