100 minutes of short films on UNATC Day

The National University for Theatre and Film in Bucharest is named after the well-known writer Ion Luca Caragiale, born on January 30, 165 years ago.
In sign of respect towards their spiritual master, the said institution celebrates, the same day, their University by organizing three important events.
The day starts with the awarding of the title of Doctor Honoris Causa to Mats Ek and Ana Laguna, who marked the evolution of modern dance.
A selection of 8 films signed by the students of the Film Dpt., reunited under the title “100 minutes of short films” is scheduled for 16:00. The films are screened on Jan. 30 too and can be seen also on the University Youtube channel.
The last event of the day is the play “Ivanov” by A P Tchekov played by the second-year master degree students in Actor’s Art, coordinated by prof. dr Tania Filip.
The show started at 19 :00h in the Atelier hall but can also be followed on the internet.
