Graduate of the “ I. L. Caragiale” Film and Theatre Institute( class of 1965) after he gives up his two completed years at the Fine Arts “Nicolae Grigorescu” Institute in Bucharest. He is an actor of the National Theatre in Targu Mures and of the Nottara Theatre in Bucharest. A member of the Visual Artists’ Union since 1994.

”‘ I am not a bigot but I strongly believe in the beauty of life, I try to express this feeling through painting and in the relationships with my peers. I was lucky enough to meet extremely valuable people all along my life and every time I open up an exhibition of my works I mention them as they mean the world to me. Randomly I’ll mention Florin Niculiu, an exceptional artist, Corneliu Baba, whom I had the honor to meet and who helped me a lot while I was young, Tuculescu who hosted me for three years and made me love music.Then Alexandru Moscu , manager of the Aman Museum , responsible for the important cultural circle he created around him, an extraordinary host for painters, musicians , culture loving people…”
