He graduated the Acting Dpt. of the University in Georgia ,then  joined the team of the National Theatre “ Mihai Eminescu” in Chisinau, Moldavia. To his parents astonishment, at 28 years of age, he leaves everything behind and comes to Bucharest out of his burning desire to play in movies.

As countless of stories about success begin, his also starts with a suitcase , a hundred dollars in his pocket in a “railway station for one”.
Once in Bucharest he pays for a room on the town’s outskirts, takes a job as a night bartender and attends all film castings during the day. He works hard to get rid of his Moldavian accent.
Becomes a university assistant at the Film and Theatre University in Bucharest (2001-2002).
His first movie part is that of “the Master” in the short fiction A Minute of Your Time…Will Do directed by Ivo Baru.Follows a role in the TV Series Only Love.., 2004, and, at long last, his first feature The Death of Mr Lazarescu directed by Cristi Puiu, in 2005. In 2006 he was seen in The Paper Will Be Blue by Radu Muntean. Follow another TV series ,Tears of Love and other features; Crossroads, 2008, by Anca Damian, Francesca, 2009, by Bobby Paunescu, where he  plays a leading role alongside  Monica Bîrlădeanu and then Kino Caravan, in 2009 , by Titus Muntean.Starting 2009 he writes screenplays and directs short fiction. Together with Dragoş Bucur and Alexandru Papadopol, well known young actors, he founds Actoriedefilm.ro, a successful Film Acting School and Production Company, in 2010.
