Born: 23.06.1952 in Bucharest

Graduate of the “I. L. Caragiale” Film and Theatre Academy- as a DOP(class of 1981). Between 1974-1992 he works at the “ Bucharest” Film Studios as an assistant then as a second to Yolanda Mantulescu, prominent editor. He is a constant collaborator of film director Mircea Veroiu. He made numerous documentaries, advertising clips at the Bucharest Film Studios, UNATC, Castel Film, Abis Studio, DaKino. He obtains his doctor’s degree in 1991 and has an academic activity. Member of Romanian Filmmakers Union.
