Câini and received the UCIN award for Best Editing, for

Câini.
During the residency the 9 finalists will have a schedule made of sessions dedicated to writing the screenplay, feedback round tables with the other participants and individual consulting sessions on the screenplay with one of the three special guests of the edition:
Andreea Borțun (film director, screenwriter),
Alexandru Baciu (screenwriter and script doctor) and
Ionuț Mareș (journalist, film critic, festival programmer).
Last, but not least, before choosing the winner and giving the award, the finalists will go through a pitch session, where they will present the projects in front of the three jury members. The award is of600 EUR and the production of the film. The award in money will be offered only to those screenwriters who don`t want to take on the director role as well.
