Screenings with the Films Nominated for the “Best European Film”, at Gopo 2019

     The five productions nominated to the “Best European Film” category of the 13th edition of the Gopo Awards can be watched from March 6 to 17m 2019, at the Union Cinematheque and the Peasant Museum Cinema in Bucharest. The Gopo Awards Gala will take place on Tuesday, March 19, from 20:00, at the National Theatre in Bucharest and it will be aired live on Film Now and online on premiilegopo.ro and recorded, on Digi 24.
     This year`s nominations are: Visages villages (directed by JR, Agnès Varda), Dovlatov (directed by Aleksey German), Un beau soleil intérieur (directed by Claire Denis), The Killing of a Sacred Deer (directed by Yorgos Lanthimos) and Utøya 22. juli (directed by Erik Poppe).
     Visages, villages (directed by JR, Agnès Varda) can be seen on Sunday, March 10, at 12:00, at the Union Cinematheque and on Saturday, March 16, from 18:30, at the Peasant Museum Cinema.
Dovlatov (directed by Aleksey German) is scheduled on Wednesday, March 6, at 16:30, at the Union Cinematheque and on Saturday, March 16, from 16:00, at the Peasant Museum Cinema.  
     Un beau soleil intérieur (directed by Claire Denis) will be screened on Wednesday, March 6, at 18:00, at the Peasant Museum Cinema and on Sunday, March 17, from 14:00, at the Union Cinematheque.
     The Killing of a Sacred Deer (directed by Yorgos Lanthimos) is scheduled for March 7, at 17.00, at the Union Cinematheque and for Saturday, March 16, starting with 20.30, at the Peasant Museum Cinema.
     Utøya 22. juli (directed by Erik Poppe) will be screened on Wednesday, March 6, at 20.00, at the Peasant Museum Cinema, as well as at the Union Cinematheque, on Saturday, March 16, from 14.30, at the Union Cinematheque.
