The NexT Films Can Be Seen on CINEPUB

     CINEPUB announces the collaboration with NexT, “one of the most eclectic festivals in the Romanian cinema, a panorama of the innovative and imaginative cinema from all over the world.” Waiting for this year`s edition of the NexT film festival (June 22-25, 2018), Cinepub.ro launches short films from the previous editions of the festival.
     The first short film from this collection is A Girl I Went to School with / O colegă din Tonitza, directed by Sorin Poamă, the winner of one of the Villa Kult awards, NexT 2015. On Friday evening, on her way to a party, Cristina meets the guy she used to have a crush on when they were in school. Although they used to be desk mates at a certain point, he doesn`t remember her at all. Cristina tries to convince him to smoke a joint together, without being aware of one thing: that same evening, a homeless woman is following her with vengeful intentions.
     Created in the memory of the director Cristian Nemescu and of the sound-designer and composer Andrei Toncu, the festival focuses on two directions: film direction and sound design.
