The 5th Edition of Super Festival to kick off  


     From 25 to 28 May 2017, the 5th Super Edition is to take place, the international festival dedicated to teenagers-made films, bringing Bucharest-based viewers screenings, art exhibitions, parties and concerts in Club Control.
     The opening of the “Shame” art exhibition, created by teenagers at the Residency Scena9 will take place on Thursday, 25 May. The shorts included in the international and national competitions will be screened on Friday, 25 May, and on Saturday, 27 May, at Cinema Elvira Popescu. SUPER LGBTQ and Festival Friends are the programmes to be presented on Sunday, 28 May, before and after the Festival's Closing Gala, at the same Hall of the French Institute in Bucharest.
     Furthermore, this year, Super is initiating Super Pitch, a project designed to finance several future productions. At Super Pitch, teenagers may pitch their film ideas, the admissions being open until 20 May.   
     This year, before the festival, Super reached 12 towns in the country, where 2 workshops and 11 retrospectives were set up. In Bucharest, screenings, a film workshop and a photography workshop were organised.
