The Romanian National History Museum in partnership with TRINITAS TV, the Romanian Patriarchate Television, is to release the DVD The Saviour of Condemned Churches, a documentary on the places of worship saved by the method of Engineer Doctor Eugeniu Iordăchescu of translocating historical monuments.

The event will be held on Wednesday, 31 August, 2016, at 11:30, at the Museum's headquarters – 12 Calea Victoriei, Bucharest, in the Lapidarium Hall.
The Saviour of Condemned Churches is a documentary film made by the Romanian Patriarchate Television, comprising testimonials gathered along the time in its productions on how Orthodox places of worship were saved during the last years of Ceaușescu's dictatorship.
At the DVD release, the following will take the floor: Engineer Dr. Eugeniu Iordăchescu, University Professor Dr. Ionel Cândea (Manager of “Carol I” Museum of Brăila), University Professor Dr. Georgeta Filitti (Historian), Ph. D. Daniel Cristea Enache (Literary Historian), Ciprian Olinici (General Manager of TRINITAS TV) and Ph. D. Ernest Oberlander-Tarnoveanu (Manager of MNIR).
