The Association for the Romanian Film Development, in partnership with Castalia Productions, announces the launching of the short screenplay contest - The Script Contest.
The Script Contest was born from the intent to further the screenwriter community in Romania and to give young scriptwriters a chance.
At its first edition, The Script Contest proposes two film genres for this year, comedy and thriller, the scripts being awaited for admission until 20 November, at the e-mail address: thescriptcontestro@gmail.com. The winners will be announced on 23 December.
The Jury will be made up of
Ana Ularu (actress),
Iulia Rugină (director, scriptwriter), Masimilliano Nardulli (film festival selector), Florin Lăzărescu (writer and scriptwriter), and Laura Mușat (producer, Castalia Productions).
