Cinepub premiere: “The Death of Mr. Lăzărescu”   

     It marked the recent history of Romanian cinema and is considered one of the most important films of the Romanian New Wave – Moartea domnului Lăzărescu (The Death of Mr. Lăzărescu) in now available online at CINEPUB.

     The latest feature signed by Cristi Puiu, Sieranevada, was selected into the official competition of this year's Cannes Festival, and, until this film is premiered in Romania, CINEPUB suggests another production authored by Puiu and granted Un Certain Regard: The Death of Mr. Lăzărescu.
     The film follows the long unpleasant journey of Mr. Lăzărescu from a hospital to the other. After a bad traffic collision, all Bucharest hospitals are overloaded, so Lăzărescu cannot be hospitalised anywhere.
     Interested viewers may also watch on CINEPUB Marfa şi banii (Stuff and Dough), the full-length feature debut of director Cristi Puiu.
