10 Minutes’ Mayors (2016)

Primar pentru zece minute (2016)

23 min. - Documentary - AG - 20.11.2016

Synopsis: The Southern part of Bucharest is the most neglected of all. It is hidden, isolated, much less developed than Northern Bucharest. What if its inhabitans took their fate in their own hands? We invited the residents to imagine Bucharest-South were an independent city. And they were the mayors of this city. Each of them got a desk, a scarf and a stamp, they took an oath, wrote down ideas, debated and made decisions.
