Născut(ă): 03.12.1909 la Sălişte (Sibiu)
Decedat(ă): 22.06.1996 la Bucharest

Absolventă a Facultăților de Istoria Artei și de Limbă și Literatură Franceză. Studii de istorie, Belle Arte și Arheologie la Paris. Debutează în scenografia de teatru la Teatrul Național din București. În 1959 își începe activitatea în cinematografie cu Telegrame de Jean Georgescu.
