The series “Comrade Detective” to be released on August 4th

     The TV series Comrade Detective, produced by the American company A24 for the platform Amazon Prime, will be internationally premiered on August 4th. The series will be available only in USA, Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand.

     The action is set in the ’80s Romania, the series having an exclusively Romanian cast and being spoken in the Romanian language. The famous American actors Channing Tatum and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are doubling Florin Piersic Jr and Corneliu Ulici. The two Romanian actors, together with Olivia Niță, will take part to the release of the series in the USA, alongside the Romanian producers Vlad Păunescu (Castel Film) and Cristi Bostănescu (Castel Film).
     The shootings took place between November - December 2016 at Castel Film Studios from Izvorani, but also on locations from Bucharest.
