ICR New York supports the participation of certain acclaimed Romanian cinema productions to the Romanian Film Festival at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, San Francisco State University and University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), 6th Edition. The Festival will unfold between 20-25 April 2017, in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
This year, in premiere, a cinema event will be set up at San Francisco Art Institute.

Pădurea / The Forest (directed by
Sinişa Dragin),
Rețeaua / The Network (directed by
Claudiu Mitcu) and
Raisa (directed by
Pavel Cuzuioc).
The event will be attended by actors
Adrian Titieni,
Maria Dinulescu, director
Bogdan Mirică and University Lecturer Doru Pop.
The project of carrying on the co-organisation of the Romanian Film Festival, now at its 6th Edition, represents the continuation of a successful partnership with four prestigious American Universities: Stanford University, UC Berkeley, San Francisco State Univesity and University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). The event is the most important Romanian film festival to be held on American territory, in the influential academic environment of California.
