Transilvania International Film Festival (27 May – 5 June, 2016) is organising, during 29 May – 4 June, 2016, the third edition of the program Transilvania Pitch Stop (TPS).
This project is dedicated to filmmakers from Romania and Republic of Moldova at their first or second full-length feature, offering customised script development advise and training, as well as a platform for their pitching to potential partners.
Until April 30, 2016, directors are invited to register one fiction full-length feature project, in its initial development stage, at this
link. It is recommended that a producer be associated to the project. The directors and producers of the five projects to be selected will be invited to TIFF, where they will attend a 6-day workshop.
One of the prizes awarded following deliberation of the three jury members is TPS Development Award – amounting to EURO 2000, granted by TIFF and won last year by
Ivana Mladenović, for the project
Soldații (Soldiers). CoCo Award was won last year by Bogdan Mureșanu, for
1985, the prize consisting in entering the project into the Connecting Cottbus East West Co-production Market.
