What will remind you of your film that will be at Super 2019?
“I took the shirt long before starting working on the film – we gathered all kinds of objects and we just ran into it by chance. We liked it so much that we made it the core element in all the four versions of the film and we used it as a link between the real world and the virtual world.” Ingrid Enache says. She is a teen film director (Super 2017 and 2018) and a former Super ambassador.
“The object with which I relate the most my experience of producing the film
Three on a Match is a pencil, with which I animated almost the entire work. Every day I noticed how it shrunk considerably, with every graphite trace that I left, until it reached its size now. It is probably the object that I used most consistently, from the beginning till the end of the production, which took 6 months”, Vlad Acatincăi, a teenage film director (Super 2017, 2018)
No matter if it`s a pencil, a shirt, a banana or a jacket with “Italy” written on it, each Super teenage film director has lots of memories with the experience of the film production. What will remind you of the film that you send to Super?
If you are a high school student and you want your film screened on the big screen, you have plenty of time until March 1, 2019, to submit your short film to Super! For those who haven`t made a film yeat, we strongly encourage them to start as soon as possible so that it may be finished in time, to meet the submission deadline.
Super is the biggest festival in Romania which screens films made by teenagers. The festival is organized by young people with the help of very few grown-ups. It was created in 2013, out of the wish of a few teenager directors to have a latform to show their films and to express themselves. in June 2018 the 6th edition took place at the Eforie Cinema – with over 50 national and international short films, screened in 16 towns in the country, film workshops, photography, poetry and creative writing, two Super Warm-Up screenings, an art exhibition and parties.
