ANAF requested that R.A.D.E.F. (RomâniaFilm Distribution Administration) be declared insolvent.
RADEF denied the alleged debt of 25.4 million lei that ANAF requested the insolvency of the institution for. “We appealed, because the debts are not clear and eligible”, the director Adrian Mironescu declared for Profit.ro.
RomâniaFilm is a company with the juridical form of a national company, which has as its object of activity the screening of films in cinemas owned by the state, which were inherited in 1991 from the former Communist infrastructure. Out of the approximately 600 cinemas at the beginning of 1990, only 16 are still functional, on a national level, according to Profit.ro.
