The Secret of Happiness / Secretul fericirii, the feature directorial debut of the actor
Vlad Zamfirescu, will be out in the Romanian theatres starting with today, October 19, 2018. The story of the film takes place in one night, among friends, at the house of Tom (Vlad Zamfirescu) and Ana (
Irina Velcescu). Tom pushes his wife and his best friend, David (Theo Marton) towards situations which are
more than absurd, trying to make them reveal well-kept secrets.
Over 500 guests came to Cinema PRO in order to attend the gala premiere of this film with a universal story about the sources of happiness and of its reverse side. The elegant event was attended by the entire film crew, the actors Vlad Zamfirescu, Irina Velcescu, Theo Marton, the producer Cristina Dobrițoiu and the screenwriter Alexandru Popa, who were long applauded by the audience after the screening. Among the guests we spotted Nae Caranfil, Andi Vasluianu, Lia Bugnar, Adrian Titieni, Giulia Nahmny, Marius Florea Vizante, Florin Zamfirescu, George Ivașcu, Florin Zamfirescu.
The film is an independent production, produced by Movie Production Entertainment and it is rated N-15 (not recommended under 15).
