The Romanian Cultural Institute in Madrid and the Andalusian Filmotheque organize the second edition of the Romanian Film Days / Muestra de Cine Rumano en Sevilla, from October 7 to December 16.
After Madrid, Oviedo, Valencia, Barcelona, Tenerife and now in Seville, the selected films for the Romanian Film Days festival (which reached its 9th edition and it took place in Madrid, in Cine Doré, from January 23 to 31, 2019) will be screened this year, in collaboration with the regional cinematheque of Andalusia, at the Center for cultural initiatives (CICUS) from the University of Seville.
Three generations of filmmakers and different aesthetics will be screened this year, from
Stere Gulea`s black and white classic, going through productions signed by big names of the Romanian new film wave, such as
Corneliu Porumboiu,
Radu Jude or
Radu Muntean until the best received feature debuts, such as
Daniel Sandu and
Ioana Uricaru.

All the films will be screened starting with 8 o`clock p.m. at the Center for cultural initiatives (CICUS): Calle Madre de Dios, 1, 41004 Sevilla.
The access is free, upon seats availability.
