From Friday to Sunday (July, 26 to 28),
SHORTSUP – the Great Film Picnic is waiting for you to attend three days and three nights of
soft adventures.
The Mogoșoaia Domain offers you a vacation with hammocks and films, Frisbee and stand up paddling, the longest picnic table and the biggest outdoor screen ever seen at ShortsUP, workshops and yoga, public readings, cocktails and goodies from Transilvania, slime and slack line and many more…
The activities are divided into 6 categories:

Playful Sport,
At the table,
Music (and maybe dance) and obviously,
Cinema. On Friday, the Great Picnic program starts at 18:00 and it ends at 23:30 and on Saturday and Sunday the program stretches from 12:00 to 00:00. Some of the activities are: compass orientation workshop, survival skills in nature and alpinism workshops with the Romanian Scouts; reading workshops for children, together with Human
itas Junios, Parkour for kids workshop, bird watching tours with the Romanian Ornithological Society; Water sports – Stand up Paddle on the Mogoșoaia Lake – SUP Academy. You can try throwing the Frisbee professionally, as shown by the Bucharest Ultimate team and you can befriend the writers of the moment at the Little Mermaid – the public reading corner. Last but not least, you can enjoy music and the urban picnic vibe & soft adventures from Vinyl, Rum, Tapas and Wine and of course, short films.
The access to the Great Picnic is made from the main alley towards the Mogoșoaia Palace – the Brancovan Palaces Cultural Centre. The children under 12 y.o. have free access in the event space and they can watch the films only under parental guidance.
ShortsUP offers free transportation throughout the entire festival – every hour, there is a minibus leaving from the Străulești Subway Station to the Mogoșoaia Domain and return (the last one leaves from the Mogoșoaia Domain at 01:00)
