“Brotherhood” on the big screen of the Astra Film Cinema


     The story of an unusual football team from Berceni is told by the film The Brotherhood/ Frăția (regia Cătălin Farcaș, 2016, 53 de minutes), will be presented on the big screen of the Astra Film Cinema on Thursday, April 13, from 19:00.
     In the Romanian football, shaken by corruption scandals, ASF Frăţia Bucureşti, a team from the fifth league, only the passion for football and the principles of equality and tolerance apply. Without the attention of the press, with almost no spectators, with a poor field and with a budget raised from their pockets, with a team that gives its best on the field, with a great passion for football and respect for the opponents. The club is mainly made of Roma people, their coach is the only Congolese coach in Romania; their goalkeeper is one-handed and their patron raises goats on the field in order to have food for the players.
