“Coûte que coûte” at the One World Romania Film Club

     On Sunday, May 26, from 19:00, the POINT will host the screening of the film At all costs / Coûte que coûte, directed by Claire Simon in 1995.
     The screening is organized with the support of the French Institute in Bucharest and it is presented as a follow up of the 2019 edition of the French Film Festival, which took place from May 8 to 16.
     In an industrial area near Nisa, the employees of a small company - which prepares ready-made meals that are sold in supermarkets – fight every day for the survival of the business. For more months, Claire Simon filmed the struggle of the owner and of the five employees to find solutions and to save the business from ban
     The screening starts at 19:00 and it will be followed by a discussion with the organizers of the event. The film will have English subtitles.
     The access is free, based on the reservation made on the website Eventbook.
