Union Cinematheque: program 15.09-02.10.2016


     The program of Union Cinematheque (Paul Călinescu Hall) over 15 September – 2 October 2016 will make its debut on Thursday, with the premiere of Sieranevada (directed by Cristi Puiu), from 16.00.
     Sieranevada will also have screening at Union on: 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22 and 30 September.
     Union Cinematheque will also host two Romanian premieres this month: the documentary Bondoc(directed by Mihai Mincan, Cristian Delcea and Mihai Voinea) and the thriller Câni/Dogs (directed by Bogdan Mirică).
     Bondoc will be screened on 23, 25 and 28 September, while Dogs is scheduled on 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29 September.
     Sieranevada and Dogs will have English subtitles.
     The weekend will bring a special program dedicated to children and teenagers, with Romanian features such as: Mama/MotherVeronicaVeronica se întoarce/Veronica Returns and Tinerețe fără bătrânețe/Eternal Youth (directed by Elisabeta Bostan), Dumbrava minunată/The Wonderful Grove (directed by Gheorghe Naghi), Declarație de dragoste/Love DeclarationExtemporal la dirigenție/Test in Conduct Class  and Liceenii/The High Schoolers (directed by Nicolae Corjos).
