Nothbound, Following the Ural and Kamaz Trails is a travel journal recording the first Romanianexpedition to the Siberian extreme North; among the travellers were: Florentin Tufa, Cornel Zamfirescu, Andrei Muşeţeanu, Andrei Rădulescu, Sebastian Popescu, Mihai Țucă, Andrei Nistor and George Oprea. The eight trekkers covered 30,000 kilometresin 55 daysfacing temperatures of -54º Celsius, the route starting with the departure from Bucharest, then the road to Moscow, Omsk, Irkutsk, Yakutsh, Topolinoe, Batagay, Tiksi, Yurung, Haya, Saskylah, Udachny, Myrny. There were many stunning aerial shots by drone.
At HipTrip, we met with part of the expedition crew - Florentin Tufa, Mihai Țucă and George Oprea, the one who filmed and edited the video material. The three of them talked about how the relationship between them developed, considering they had met right before the departure, about the preparations and the challenges of this journey.
