Filmmakers may enter their films to the 3rd Edition of the Arkadia ShortFest International Film Festival. This year, the Festival will be held during 2-4 September, in the same well-known unconventional location – Camexip Factory (Băicoi, Prahova).
The 2016 Edition of the Festival is to bring 3 days of film screenings, workshops and art exhibitions Arkadia ShortFest proposes this year two festival sections, both open internationally – a competitional one (students' fictions shorts), and a non-competitional one (professional fiction shorts, documentary and animation features).

The deadline for submitting the films is on July 1st, 2016. All submissions must be produced after January 1st, 2014. Any films submitted to prior editions shall not be eligible.
